Who processes the data

The data controller is Nelli Panov, interior designer, Yerevan, Armenia. For any questions about your data: Phone +374 99 000 000, Telegram @designelinterior.

What data we receive

Only what you enter in the request form, plus technical details of how you reached the site:

• your name and phone number;
• your preferred contact method and, if provided, your Telegram username;
• what you are interested in and the apartment area;
• a description of your project, if you provide one;
• files you attach (for example, a floor plan);
• campaign tags (UTM), the Facebook click identifier (fbclid), the address of the page you came from, and the site language.

Why

To contact you about your request, discuss the project and prepare an offer. Campaign tags help us understand which ads work. We do not use your data for newsletters and never sell it.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Personal Data" (2015). You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who receives the data

Requests and files are automatically forwarded to a private work chat in Telegram that only Nelli Panov can access. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also checks that a human is sending the form (Cloudflare Turnstile). These services may store data on servers outside Armenia.

How long we keep it

Request data is kept for no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless we start working together. After that, messages and files are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion or withdraw your consent. Contact us: Phone +374 99 000 000, Telegram @designelinterior. We will reply within a reasonable time.
